Sox for Socks!!!

What do the members of First Parish in Cohasset and the Red Sox team have in common?
A chance to provide new white socks to homeless individuals in the Boston area.

This winter, join the Outreach Committee and the Red Sox in the Sox for Socks drive, to benefit people helped by Boston Healthcare for the Homeless. (www.bhchp.org)

For a contribution of $10, YOU can keep the feet of 6 homeless individuals clean and dry; of course, a donation of $20 or $30 will contribute to the health and comfort of so many more people.  We will purchase boxes of socks from Ronnie Goodwin of Goodwin Graphics – each box contains 24 six packs of new white tube socks.

Let’s all join in to send lots of big boxes of socks to Boston.
Checks (made to First Parish Cohasset, with Sox for Socks as subject) and cash are welcome; mail or deliver to the office at the Parish House.  Or give them to JoAnne Chittick, Carol Martin, or Chartis Tebbetts.
