The Presidency and Our Civil Religion

On the Sunday before President’s Day, we’ll take a look at the intersection between what sociologist Robert Bellah calls “civil religion” and the U.S., presidency. Yes, there is a religious aspect to the U.S. presidency, and we’ll look at both the positive and negative consequences.
