Meditation and Book Discussion

A Meditation and Book Discussion group, which has been meeting since February, is beginning a new book, Lovingkindness–The Revolutionary Art of Happiness by Sharon Salzberg, and would like to invite anyone who is interested to join us starting September 17.

The group meets via Zoom on Thursday mornings from 9:45-11 and has a brief guided meditation and then discusses that week’s reading from the book as well as meditation related topics and questions.
