Judas Iscariot has been hated through the ages for betraying his close friend Jesus for a mere 30 pieces of silver.  But…  the sands of Egypt have produced an ancient manuscript reportedly written by Judas himself. The story of Jesus’ life and death, as told by Judas is startlingly different than the one we learned in Sunday school. Today’s sermon will examine this text for relevancy in our current understanding of both Jesus and Judas.
