The first of the Seven Principles that guide Unitarian Universalist communities is recognition of “the inherent worth and dignity of every person.” The Second Principle is to strive for “justice, equity and compassion in human relations.”

At First Parish in Cohasset we embrace these principals and do our best to live by them.

We raise our voices in support of social justice for all. We challenge intolerance, injustice, and the marginalization of any group or individual.

We recognize that we are blessed by many advantages in our own lives, and we endeavor to share our time, talents and financial resources through service projects that help ease the burden of those less fortunate than ourselves.
