The Ethics of Housing

Massachusetts is currently experiencing an outmigration, primarily due to high housing costs. So clearly housing costs have gotten too expensive. What ethical questions do high housing costs raise? And what (if anything) is our ethical responsibility? [Based in part on a question from last April’s Question Box Sermon.]
