Happy New Year!  The First Parish January 30 trip to Rosie’s Place offers us all a chance to carry some positive feelings of joy and generosity into the new year. We will arrive at 4 pm and work til 7 or 8 pm, prepping and serving dinner for women who come there for a free nourishing meal. We can meet around 3 pm in the Cohasset Town Hall parking lot to car pool to Harrison Avenue, or you can meet us at Rosie’s (889 Harrison Avenue, Boston) if that works better.

As January 30 is the last Wednesday of the month, this day is a special “birthday night.”  On these occasions there is a cake, gifts for those born in January, and a loud round of “Happy Birthday” sung with enthusiasm.
