The feminist revolution of the last century prompted many changes in motherhood. And motherhood remains a contentious issue in today’s culture wars. We’ll take a look at Unitarian Universalist views of motherhood.

We Unitarian Universalists are religious liberals — that is, we believe in freedom of thought, the use of reason, tolerance of other worldviews, and the value of each human being. But there are many other religious liberals around the world, and we’ll meet some of them through readings and poetry.

All are welcome at this annual favorite as we read these important and powerful words that shape the foundation of our country and our history.  Please note, this begins our “summer services” which take place each Sunday at 9:00 am.
